What are plan credits?

Plan credits are automatically added to your account when your plan renews. These credits are available for use during the current month and expire at the end of the month—they cannot be carried over to the next month. The number of credits you receive is based on the plan you’re subscribed to.

What are additional credits?

Additional credits are extra credits you can purchase or earn on top of the credits included with your plan. These credits give you more flexibility and can be used at any time. Unlike plan credits, additional credits may not expire at the end of the month and can be carried over if unused, depending on your plan's terms.
